1、 Basic design:
The foundation cost is closely related to the geology of the warehouse location. The foundation construction period accounts for about 25% of the total construction period of the warehouse, and the foundation cost is 15% of the total construction cost of the steel structure warehouse.
In the design, we should pay attention to the geological report of the warehouse location, select a reasonable foundation type, and control the load surface and buried depth of the foundation, which has played a positive role in the total cost of the prefabricated steel warehouse.
2、 Steel beam design:
Rectangular beam is a common flexural member, which is often used in design, but its material utilization rate is very low.
First, the material stress near the neutral axis is low; Second, the bending moment of the beam varies along the length of the beam.
Due to the low stress in most sections of the constant section beam, the material can not be used well. Only when the axial force is applied, the material utilization rate can be improved.
Therefore, the plane truss can be used to replace the rectangular beam in the design. The plane truss is equivalent to the hollowed out beam, which can remove the surplus materials in the beam, which is economical and can reduce the self weight. It can also be developed into a space grid, and the utilization rate of materials can be greatly improved.
