Shipment of steel frame structure of Philippine beverage factory
This is a beverage factory construction project in the Philippines. The factory workshop is constructed with a steel frame structure. The construction of steel frame structure factory requires H-beam, C-beam, angle steel, round steel, color steel tile, sandwich panel and other accessories. The steel structure workshop is mainly composed of steel beams, steel columns, purlins, supports, braces, roof panels, and wall panels. Now these steel structural components have been produced and shipped to the port.
The main structure of the steel frame structure factory
Columns are generally made of H-shaped steel or C-shaped steel (usually two C-shaped steels are connected by angle steel).
Beams are generally made of C-shaped steel and H-shaped steel (the height of the intermediate product is determined according to the span of the beam).
Purlins generally use C-section steel and Z-section steel.
Supports and braces are usually round steel.
There are two types of tiles, the first is a single-piece tile (color steel tile). The second is the sandwich panel. Polyurethane or rock wool is sandwiched between the two layers of color-coated boards to keep warm in winter and cool in summer, and also has the effect of sound insulation and fire prevention.
