Installation method of electric rolling shutter door

Step 1:
    prepare the installation tool. Operators shall prepare electric welding machine, electric hammer, electric hand drill, ladder, drill bit, cutting head, level gauge, screwdriver and other tools and accessories.
 

Step 2:
    determine the installation size of the electric rolling shutter door. The operator shall draw lines at the position of the door frame to determine the size of the electric rolling shutter door, and then let the construction personnel determine the electric rolling shutter door of appropriate size. Generally, the height of the electric rolling shutter door shall be slightly higher than the door frame.
 

Step 3:
   determine the horizontal line and set the size according to the site conditions. The operator shall draw a horizontal line 50 cm above the opening of the side plate of the rolling shutter door with a level ruler; Then, draw a vertical line with a horizontal ruler at the place where the side plate of the rolling shutter door crosses 13 cm out of the hole; Then cross the auxiliary plate 9 cm out of the door frame and draw a vertical line; Fix the side plate on the vertical line and draw a horizontal line on the highest part of the side plate.
 

Step 4:
    the operator fixes the motor on the main board, then uses the chain to connect the wheel disc with the motor base, connects the remote control wire box device with the motor, and tests whether the handle of the rolling shutter door is reversed. If the remote control receiving box of the electric rolling shutter door is reversed, it is necessary to dial the built-in black button.
 

Step 5:
    the electric rolling shutter door shall be firmly welded. After the size of the electric rolling shutter door is determined to be appropriate, it shall be firmly welded with the rotating shaft to keep the drilling of the welded drill vertical. The operator shall check whether the power supply of the electric rolling shutter door works normally, pull the track of the rolling shutter door into a word, adjust the rolling shutter door to be horizontal, determine the accurate position of the upper and lower horizontal lines, and then use the screw rod to raise the curtain.
 

Step 6:
    Inspection and test. After the operator turns on the power supply, pull the switch of the electric rolling shutter door to carry out the lifting demonstration operation to ensure that it will not fail, resulting in safety accidents. The operator shall ensure that the track of the electric rolling shutter door is smooth and clean, and the button will not rebound or fail.
