Post maintenance of color steel factory workshop

1. After the installation of the color steel factory workshop for steel structure processing, the user shall not change the structure without authorization, nor dismantle any bolt components, nor add or reduce partitions.

2. Light steel components shall be painted with maintenance paint once every 1-2 years to prolong the service life of the product and maintain its beauty.

3. The color steel room is connected by the whole steel structure. The user arranges the electric lighting equipment. The wires cannot be directly bound to the steel structure. The wire tube or trunking should be installed separately to avoid electric shock.

4. All steel structure factory workshops connected by screws shall be equipped with common power sockets and other facilities. The open line source shall not be installed or hung on the steel skeleton of the color steel factory workshop. Square plastic wire tubes or wire slots shall be designed for insulation and laying to prevent electric leakage and electric shock.

5. After the completion of fabrication and installation in the color steel factory workshop, non professionals should not modify the house structure or circuit design at will. It is not allowed to remove the screws or steel frame accessories of the house structure, nor to remove the color steel sandwich panel partition or add another partition. In case of strong need to increase or reduce partitions, we should be notified to arrange professionals to solve the problem for you.

6. After leaving the workshop, be sure to turn off all power supplies to prevent accidents.

7. The framework of the workshop of the steel structure factory should be painted once or more within 12-24 months under normal conditions, which can prevent the steel frame from rusting and make the color steel house beautiful.
