Super high rise building steel structure installation process
1. The process flow chart of the installation of the steel structure before the installation of the super high rise steel structure building.
2. Reasonably divide the construction flow section of the steel structure building.
3. Determine the order in which the steel components of high rise buildings are installed in sequence.
4. When the hoisting capacity of the crane allows, the structures that can be assembled on the ground should be assembled on the ground as much as possible, such as steel columns and steel supports, steel truss, etc., which can be hoisted into place at one time.
5. The installation flow section can be divided according to the plane shape, structural form, construction period, on-site construction conditions and the number of installation machinery of the steel structure building.
6. The installation sequence of super high rise steel building components should be developed from the middle core area, that is, the standard room frame to the surrounding, vertically, and should be installed piece by piece from bottom to top.
7. After the flow section, component installation, calibration, and fixation methods (including reserved welding shrinkage) are determined, the general welding sequence of components is connected to one end: on the plane, it should develop symmetrically from the middle to the four sides, and the vertical welding sequence is formulated according to the process flow.
8. After the beams on each floor of a column of a high rise steel building are installed, immediately install stairs and profiled steel plates. Stacks cannot exceed the load-bearing capacity of the beams and slabs.
9. For the installation of steel components of steel structure buildings and the construction of steel concrete for the floor, the distance between the two operations should not exceed 5 floors; when it must exceed 5 floors, it should be checked and calculated by the competent designer.
