Differences between C-beam and Z-beam steel
There are many kinds of steel with different shapes and structures in the steel market. Before we choose to use them, we should fully understand the role of steel structures with different profiles. Now let's compare the difference between C beam and Z beam?
First of all, C-beam and Z-beam have obvious differences in their own angles. The bending angle of C section steel is 90 degrees, and that of Z section steel is less than or equal to 90 degrees. Different sections are used according to different scenarios. In some places with large inclination angle, Z-shaped steel can give full play to its bending resistance.
From the structural point of view, the cross section of Z-section steel is relatively large, so its stress area is relatively large, and the force it can withstand is larger than that of C-section steel.
Under the same conditions, the prices of these two materials are almost the same. In the use of the wall, the two can bear roughly the same force, but in the profile structure, Z-shaped steel is more convenient for lapping.
